"Call Me Old Fashioned

So Maybe not all of us like technology! For those of us that saw robocop we realized that a machine cannot comprehend the value of human life. Also we sometimes ask ourselves "What if the power goes out?" Well any arguement is valid as long as it is supported by fact however we have to consider the idea that technology can contradict the skills and knowledge that physicians learn in their years of schooling.

Its certainly a good thing to know that the man whose knife you are undergoing is a human and sure as heck knows that he is the one to treat you and must save you! But apart from fear we also have to consider valuable information.

Medical Students once went to medical school knowing that if they were to become a surgeon they would use their scalpel rather than a computer. However in modern day we are adopting new methods for performing these surgeries. Some may argue that conservative methods of health care are essential because new technologies derrive from the mechanisms and principles of older methods of treatment however they do not replace older methods. Leading research institutions and medical facilities such as North East Georgia Medical Center, Emory University, and Mercer instill their students with basic knowledge over conservative procedures while at the same time introducing them to new technology. Here at CardioTech we offer both old fashioned methods and new technological methods. But if you dont want the cousin of R2D2 performing surgery on you then you can request our physician the way in which you want your procedure to happen.
